per accepted job

No listing fee. No subscription. No commission. You set the lead fee per worker and only pay when a request becomes a job you said yes to. A $300 job and a $3,000 job cost you the same.

  • No commission — we never take a percentage of your invoice
  • Decline freely — no fee for declined or unanswered requests
  • Network as marketing — your old customers extend your reach by saving you
Where the fee goes

Worker pays a flat lead fee. Refind keeps it.

When a worker accepts a job, they pay one flat lead fee — no commission, no boosts, no subscription. Refind keeps that fee, and it's the same amount whether the job is $300 or $3,000. That's the whole arrangement.

FAQ

Common questions

What is the actual flat fee?
The lead fee is set per worker (each tradesperson picks their own number when they sign up), so it varies. The shape of the deal is what's constant: one flat amount, paid only on accept, no commission, no surcharge for bigger jobs.
Are there processing fees on payments?
Refind doesn't collect payment for the job itself — the customer pays the worker directly. The only money that runs through us is the worker's lead fee. Standard Stripe processing applies to that charge.
What happens if a worker accepts and doesn't show?
Flag it through the app. We'll refund the lead fee and the worker is quietly hidden from new searches in that customer's circle.
Do you have plans to add subscriptions, boosts or ads?
No. The whole product is built around the assumption that your network's signal is the only ranking that matters. A paid lane would destroy what customers come back for.
